Jinlong Electromechanical Co., Ltd. （金龙机电）is a group company with over 20 legal entities and factories under unified group control and complex inter-company transactions. The company focuses on R&D, manufacturing, and sales of motors, structural parts, display modules, and precision components for automation equipment. Products are used in smartphones, wearables, smart home, automotive, gaming consoles, medical equipment, and more.

Challenges The electronics industry features a mix of make-to-order and make-to-stock production with project-based products. Group-level unified control creates complex inter-company transactions.

Solution Guided by SAP Public Cloud electronics industry best practices, BOS Cloud defined Jinlong’s future business blueprint. The project established standardized integrated processes for production, supply, sales, and finance, built a multi-level collaborative planning system (forecasting–sales–production–procurement–shipping), and integrated BOS Light-MES, PDA, and DingTalk OA. The system implemented was SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
